Custom Orders

All custom fabric accessory orders placed with Prexalonthexsvyx are subject to a written specification agreement. Production begins only after you have reviewed and approved the spec sheet. Changes requested after approved production has started may incur additional costs or delay delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on prexalonthexsvyx.world — including text, photography, and design — is the property of Prexalonthexsvyx and may not be reproduced without prior written permission. Artwork, logos and designs you supply for your custom order remain your property. By supplying them you confirm you have the right to use them and that their use does not infringe any third-party rights.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit is required to commence production. The balance is due upon completion and prior to dispatch. Prices are confirmed in writing in the specification and quote document and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Prexalonthexsvyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data arising from the use of this website or from any custom order fulfilment. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the order value paid by you for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute relating to our website or a custom order, please contact us first using the details below so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. We aim to respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to work with you to find a fair solution. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be handled in accordance with the Governing Law section below.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Green Bay, WI.
