Because every item made by Prexalonthexsvyx is produced to a custom specification agreed with you in advance, our return process differs from standard retail. Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
Any issues with your custom order that may give rise to a remake, repair or refund must be reported to us within 7 days of the date of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
All custom fabric bags and pouches produced by Prexalonthexsvyx are made to your individual specification. As such, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been correctly produced according to the approved spec sheet. Please review your specification document carefully before signing off on production.
Where a remake, repair or refund is considered, the following conditions generally apply:

Claims in any of these categories must be raised within 7 days of delivery by emailing talk-@prexalonthexsvyx.world with photographs of the issue.
We cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has commenced. If you wish to cancel before production has started, please contact us immediately at +1 920 437 6400. Cancellations before production starts will receive a refund of the deposit minus any material costs already incurred.
In addition to the general rule for custom orders, the following are typically non-returnable except where defective or not as described:
If a return or remake is required due to our error (for example, a manufacturing defect or incorrect specification), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid shipping label where available. For all other situations, including change-of-mind cancellations where accepted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We aim to respond to all claims within two business days and will provide you with information about the next steps and, where applicable, shipping arrangements.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise. Once we have inspected any returned items and confirmed eligibility, we will initiate the refund within a reasonable period. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to exclude or limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If there is any conflict between this policy and mandatory legal rights, the latter will prevail.
